AgenticContent.net is a subscription-based AI content generation platform that allows you to create text and related outputs using third-party AI providers.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without liability.

2. Eligibility

You must:

  • be at least 18 years old,
  • have full legal capacity, and
  • use the Service for lawful purposes only.

3. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for:

  • maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials,
  • all activity under your account,
  • ensuring the accuracy of your account information,
  • preventing unauthorized access.

We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized account access.

4. AI Content & Output Disclaimer

4.1. No responsibility for accuracy or quality

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, offensive, misleading, or inappropriate.
We do not guarantee correctness, originality, factual accuracy, or suitability.

You use all generated output at your own risk.

4.2. No liability for decisions based on AI output

We are not responsible for:

  • business decisions,
  • professional consequences,
  • financial results,
  • reputational impact,
  • legal issues

arising from your use of content generated by the Service.

4.3. No liability for data used in AI models

We rely on third-party AI providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Microsoft).
We cannot guarantee how these providers process or store your data.

We disclaim all liability for:

  • model training,
  • retention,
  • misuse,
  • unexpected behavior of AI providers,
  • or changes in their policies.

By using the Service, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

5. User Responsibility

You are fully responsible for:

  • all content you upload, enter, or generate,
  • ensuring your content is legal, non-infringing, and non-confidential,
  • complying with GDPR, copyright law, and any local legislation,
  • verifying the accuracy of generated content before publishing or using it.

We are not responsible for your data, your outputs, or your compliance with the law.

6. Prohibited Use

You may NOT use the Service for:

  • illegal activities,
  • generating harmful or malicious content,
  • spam, scams, or phishing,
  • distributing personal data without consent,
  • uploading sensitive or confidential information,
  • training other AI systems using our outputs,
  • reverse engineering or attempting to extract AI model data,
  • interfering with the Service or its servers.

Violations may lead to immediate account termination without refund.

7. Subscription, Billing & Refunds

7.1. Subscription model

AgenticContent.net operates on a recurring monthly or yearly subscription basis.

7.2. Automatic renewal

Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled.

7.3. Payment processing

Payments are securely handled by Stripe.

We do not store credit card information.

7.4. Refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

7.5. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from your dashboard.
Access remains active until the end of the current billing period.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
  • We provide no warranties, express or implied.
  • We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
  • We are not responsible for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or reputational harm.
  • We do not guarantee uptime, error-free service, or permanent storage of content.
  • We are not liable for actions of third-party providers, including AI engines.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to discontinue use.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create.
You grant us a limited license to process it for the purpose of providing the Service.

9.2. Our platform

All software, branding, design, and intellectual property rights belong to AgenticContent.net.

You may not copy, modify, resell, or distribute any part of the platform.

10. Data Processing & Privacy

Use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms:

You are responsible for ensuring that your input and usage comply with GDPR and other legal obligations.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:

  • you violate these Terms,
  • your payment fails,
  • we suspect abuse, illegal activity, or risk to the platform.

Upon termination:

  • your access to the platform is revoked,
  • your data may be deleted,
  • no refunds will be issued.

12. Modifications to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Denmark.
